1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RecruitHub ("Platform", "we", "us") at hirethebest.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users — Employers, Consultants, Candidates, Partners, and Admins.

RecruitHub is a recruitment marketplace that connects:

RecruitHub uses an escrow system where employer deposits are held securely and released to consultants only upon successful placement (candidate accepts offer letter).

⚠️ Refund Policy: If a placed candidate resigns within 30 days of joining and it is documented, you may request a partial refund review. Final decisions are at RecruitHub's discretion.

💰 Earning Split: Basic (50%), Urgent (75%), Ultra Urgent (90%) of the posted fee. These rates are fixed and non-negotiable per job type.

All platform content — including design, code, logos, and text — is owned by RecruitHub. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without written permission.

User-generated content (job descriptions, candidate profiles) remains owned by you. By posting it, you grant RecruitHub a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

RecruitHub is a marketplace platform. We are not an employer, employment agency, or guarantor of job offers or candidate quality.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination:
